The Green Bay Police are seeking help to locate Diamond N. Randolph, a 29-year-old reported missing since August 15. Last seen near South Taylor Street and Larsen Road, Randolph is about 4'11" tall, weighs around 200 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. Friends are concerned for her well-being.
