A giant butter sculpture inspired by "The Wizard of Oz" promotes dairy benefits at the 2025 New York State Fair.

The 2025 New York State Fair featured an 800-pound butter sculpture weighing in at four feet tall and wide, inspired by "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz." The sculpture, titled "Dairy For Good: Nourish. Grow. Thrive," highlights dairy's nutritional benefits and includes figures like a pregnant woman, a baby, and a toddler. It also features a hot air balloon with "Dairy Defies Gravity" written on it. After the fair, the butter will be recycled into energy.
