The National Judicial Policy Making Committee in Pakistan has set strict timelines for resolving various court cases, including 24 months for property disputes and murder cases, 12 months for inheritance and public revenue disputes, and six months for criminal cases involving minors.
The committee also plans to establish complaint forums in High and district courts and implement biometric verification for case filings.
They emphasized producing detained individuals before a magistrate within 24 hours and mandated judges to report external interference within the same timeframe.
