Surfer Brad Ross escapes unharmed as a shark tears his surfboard at Cabarita Beach, Australia.
On August 18, surfer Brad Ross narrowly escaped a great white shark at Cabarita Beach in northeastern New South Wales, Australia.
The shark, about four meters long, ripped his surfboard in half, but Ross was uninjured.
In response, Cabarita Beach was temporarily closed, and Surf Life Saving NSW advised against swimming in the area.
This incident follows a June shark attack where a 16-year-old boy was injured near Norries Headland.
