Sabah allocates RM600,000 to help gig workers join the EPF for better financial security.
The Sabah government has allocated approximately RM600,000 to help e-hailing workers open accounts with the Employees Provident Fund (EPF).
Currently, 11,109 applications have been submitted by gig workers seeking to contribute to the EPF, aiming to enhance their financial security.
This initiative was announced by Chief Minister Hajiji Noor at the Sabah Moto Day event.
