Protesters supporting asylum seekers clashed with anti-immigration activists outside a Falkirk hotel.

Anti-racism demonstrators countered a protest by Save Our Future & Our Kids Futures outside a Falkirk hotel housing asylum seekers. The anti-racism group, organized by Stand Up to Racism Scotland and local unions, chanted "refugees are welcome here," while the opposing group protested "uncontrolled illegal immigration." Police separated the groups and advised motorists to use alternate routes.
