Police in Essex safely escorted a family of swans, including two adults and four cygnets, across a busy road in Chelmsford after receiving reports of their presence on Essex Regiment Way. Traffic was halted to ensure their safe passage. Chief Inspector Jennifer Bliss thanked drivers for their patience during the incident.
