China rehearses massive parade for 80th anniversary of WWII victory with 40,000 participants.

China held a large rehearsal in Beijing's Tian'anmen Square for the upcoming grand gathering marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. The event, involving around 40,000 participants, took place overnight from Saturday to Sunday. It tested organizational, logistical, and command operations and included a military parade scheduled for September 3rd.
