Beijing hosted the World Humanoid Robot Games, featuring robots from 16 countries and showcasing advancements in AI and automation. Meanwhile, the Taiwan Automation Intelligence and Robot Show in Taipei will run from August 20-23, with over 1,000 companies displaying innovations in robotics and automation, including applications in smart manufacturing and ICT. China aims to lead in humanoid robotics by 2027, with some robots already deployed in hotels and commercial settings.
