A library book borrowed in 1943 has been returned after nearly 82 years to a Texas library. The book, "Your Child, His Family, And Friends," came with a note saying, "Grandma won't be able to pay for it anymore," along with overdue fines of three cents a day. The letter explained that the borrower could no longer afford the fines and wanted to fulfill her duty by returning the book.
