Shane Daley, a 40-year-old from Galway, New York, has been charged with cyberstalking for sending threatening voicemails to a family member of the late UnitedHealthcare CEO, Brian Thompson, who was murdered in December 2024. Daley allegedly expressed satisfaction over Thompson's death and suggested his children deserved a similar fate. The charge carries a potential five-year prison sentence. The FBI is leading the investigation.
