Malaysia's High Court to hear defamation case against ex-minister over RM2 billion project allegations.

The High Court in Kuala Lumpur will hold a six-day hearing starting September 8th for a defamation lawsuit filed by former environment minister Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man against former economy minister Rafizi Ramli. The suit, filed in November 2022, concerns allegations Ramli made about Tuan Ibrahim approving a RM2 billion flood mitigation project to a controversial company.
