Lloyds Bank has clarified its cash withdrawal policies after a customer inquiry.
Customers can withdraw more than £5,000 at branches but need to show two forms of ID, such as a passport or driving license.
The bank also announced that from December 31st, cheques can no longer be deposited at Post Offices; customers will need to use mobile banking or visit a branch instead.
