Enterprises foresee increased risks with agentic AI adoption, yet only 2% have adequate responsible AI (RAI) controls. Infosys research, surveying 1,500 executives, shows 77% of companies experienced financial losses and 53% suffered reputational damage due to AI incidents. Despite 78% viewing RAI as a growth driver, most lack necessary safeguards, highlighting the need for proactive RAI approaches to mitigate risks and fuel growth.
