DermaRite Industries recalls several hand soaps due to harmful bacterial contamination.

DermaRite Industries has recalled several hand soap products, including DermaKleen, DermaSarra, KleenFoam, and PeriGiene, due to contamination with Burkholderia cepacia bacteria, which can cause serious infections, especially in immunocompromised individuals. The contaminated products were distributed nationwide and in Puerto Rico. No adverse events have been reported, but affected consumers should dispose of the recalled products and contact the company if they have questions.
