Two fatal crashes on Sunday morning resulted in five deaths and one injury in eastern India.

Three young friends from Jamshedpur died when their motorcycle crashed into a stationary truck early Sunday morning. The accident happened on Hata-Chaibasa Road as the victims were heading to Chaibasa. In Ranchi, a drunk driver caused a fatal crash, killing a woman and two children, and injuring a woman, by hitting multiple vehicles including motorcycles and a car near the BJP office.
