A 66-year-old man died after his boat capsized off Hawaii during strong waves on August 9.

A 66-year-old man died after a 15-foot boat he was on capsized off Kapolei, Hawaii, during a high surf advisory on Saturday morning. The man went into cardiac arrest and became unresponsive after being thrown into the ocean. Despite lifesaving efforts by first responders, he was later pronounced dead. There were no signs of foul play.
