One person died and two were seriously injured in a head-on collision on VT Route 12 near Cobb Hill Road in Hartland, Vermont, on Saturday. The crash involved a southbound Toyota Rav4 and a northbound GMC Sierra. The Rav4 driver died at the scene, while the truck's driver, Joseph Petrone, 77, and his passenger were taken to the hospital. Vermont State Police are investigating and asking witnesses to come forward.
