Kuwait has begun issuing tourist visas on arrival for residents of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. To qualify, applicants must have a valid residency permit in a GCC country with at least six months remaining.
