The Ohio Valley Health Center is hosting a kickball tournament on August 13 to raise funds for their onsite medication room. The Jefferson County Young Professionals are organizing a supply drive for students and teachers on August 18. Also on the 13th, the Josh Merriman Foundation will hold a golf outing to support scholarships and mental health awareness. Vitalant encourages blood donations through August 28, offering donors a chance to win a $10,000 gift card.
