Two motorcyclists were killed by a bus near the Padma Bridge, and an elderly man died in a separate auto rickshaw collision.

Two motorcyclists were killed when their vehicle was hit by a bus near the Padma Bridge in Shariatpur on Saturday night. The victims were identified as Mohammad Ali Ontu and an unnamed person. In another incident, an elderly man was killed and two others were critically injured when an auto rickshaw collided with an easy bike in Gaibandha district. The auto rickshaw driver was detained by locals for driving on the wrong side.
