Multiple accidents across India killed five and critically injured four on August 3, 2025.

A SUV carrying five individuals from Punjab skidded off the Kathua-Basohli road in Jammu and Kashmir, falling into a gorge near Kainta Morh on August 3, 2025. Two of the passengers, Mohinder Paul and Pawan Madhan, were declared dead at the Government Medical College Hospital in Kathua. The three injured, Anil Monga, Sunny Arora, and Sudhir, are undergoing treatment. The group was part of a community kitchen service for the Amarnath Yatra.
