Angels select rising outfielder Bryce Teodosio, release underperforming Lamonte Wade Jr.

The Los Angeles Angels selected Bryce Teodosio, a promising outfielder who has shown significant progress in the minors, and released Lamonte Wade Jr., who struggled in his time with the team. Teodosio, signed as an undrafted free agent in 2021, recorded strong stats in Triple-A, including five home runs and a .276 batting average. Wade Jr. was acquired from the Giants but had a .169 batting average in 30 games with the Angels.
