A 5.4-magnitude earthquake struck off the east coast of Kamchatka, Russia, on Saturday at 11:06 GMT. The quake's epicenter was located at a depth of 10 km, with no reported casualties or damages. Separately, a 6.2-magnitude quake hit east of the Kuril Islands on August 2, following an 8.8-magnitude quake off Russia's coast on Wednesday, which caused 125 aftershocks of magnitude 4.4 or greater. Tsunami warnings for Hawaii, the US, and Japan have been lifted.
