Two San Antonio police officers, Virginia Moore and Jesus Perez, have been suspended for mishandling a suspected drunk driving case in December 2024. They failed to administer a field sobriety test and arrest the suspect. Moore was also caught on camera making discriminatory comments. Moore received a 45-day suspension without pay, while Perez was suspended for 10 days.
