E.ON Energie Romania saw a 13% rise in solar panel installations for homes in the first half of 2025, installing up to 40 systems daily. Most systems now include storage batteries, marking a shift toward energy independence. The growth reflects increased awareness of environmental issues and government incentives. The INVL Renewable Energy Fund I also secured a €29.3 million loan for a 71 MW solar project in Romania, showing a broader push towards renewable energy.
