Jeep is recalling over 121,000 Grand Cherokee and Grand Cherokee L SUVs due to potentially faulty second-row head restraints that may not lock properly, increasing injury risk in crashes. Owners will be notified by September 5, and dealers will replace the head restraints free of charge. Additionally, 21 Chrysler Pacifica minivans were recalled for a rearview camera glitch, which has already been addressed.
