The FBI and NYPD successfully thwarted a plot to place homemade bombs across Manhattan, according to FBI Director Kash Patel. Michael Gann, 55, was charged with making at least seven explosive devices using online-purchased chemicals, which were found on subway tracks and residential rooftops.
