The Pokémon Company unveils new games, Pokémon Legends: Z-A, and an animated series at its July 2025 event.

The Pokémon Company announced several updates during the July 2025 Pokémon Presents event. The new puzzle game "Pokémon Friends" is available on iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch. Pokémon Legends: Z-A launches October 16, 2025, and is set in Lumiose City. Pokémon Champions, a battle-focused game, is set for a 2026 release on mobile and Switch. The stop-motion animated series 'Pokémon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d & Pichu' is scheduled for 2027. The Pokémon Concierge Netflix series returns for a second season on September 4. Pokémon Go Fest 2025 features a Dark Skies event, and new updates are coming to Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
