Delhi court grants custody parole to jailed MP Engineer Rashid, allowing him to attend Parliament's Monsoon session from July 24 to August 4. Rashid, detained since 2019 in Tihar jail on terror funding charges, sought interim bail or custody parole to fulfill his parliamentary duties.
