Mother of slain 21-year-old D.C. intern urges police to find his killers; investigation ongoing.

The mother of Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, a 21-year-old congressional intern killed in Washington, D.C., is urging police to find his killers. Tarpinian-Jachym was shot on June 30 near the White House; a 16-year-old and an adult woman were also shot but survived. The Metropolitan Police Department and FBI are investigating, with no suspects yet arrested. A reward of up to $40,000 is offered for information leading to an arrest.
