ICE arrested Jose Luis Mendoza-Gonzalez, a 52-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico, accused of decapitating and storing the body of missing Illinois woman Megan Bos, 37, in a bleach-filled container. Initially charged and released under Illinois' SAFE-T Act, Mendoza-Gonzalez was re-arrested by ICE in Chicago and is now in ICE custody.
