Pakistan's Deputy PM visits Afghanistan to sign a railway project agreement, boosting regional trade.

Today, Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, is visiting Kabul to sign a framework agreement for the Uzbekistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan (UAP) Railway Project. This project aims to build a rail link connecting Uzbekistan to Pakistan through Afghanistan, providing Central Asian states with access to Pakistani seaports and boosting regional trade and stability. Dar will also meet with Afghan officials to discuss bilateral cooperation and regional issues. The project is seen as a significant step towards enhancing regional connectivity and economic integration.
