India tests successful missile defence system, Akash Prime, in high-altitude Ladakh.

India successfully tested the Akash Prime air defence system in Ladakh at an altitude of over 15,000 feet, achieving two direct hits on fast-moving targets. Developed by the DRDO, the system features an indigenous RF seeker for improved accuracy in high-altitude conditions. The Akash Prime will bolster India's air defence capabilities and is part of the country's push for self-reliant defence production.
