BJP leader accuses West Bengal CM of favoring Rohingya Muslims and altering demographics.

Suvendu Adhikari, the Leader of Opposition in West Bengal's Assembly and a BJP leader, accused Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of "destroying" Hindu Bengalis and protecting Rohingya Muslims. Adhikari and BJP leader Sukanta Majumdar also alleged that Banerjee is forcibly granting citizenship to Bangladeshi people to alter the state's demographics and stay in power. This comes amid the TMC's plan to lead a protest march in Kolkata against the alleged harassment of Bengali-speaking people in BJP-ruled states.
