Starbucks is requiring corporate employees to work in the office four days a week starting in early October, up from three days previously. All "people leaders" must relocate to either Seattle or Toronto within a year. The company believes in-person collaboration enhances problem-solving and faster work. Employees unwilling to relocate are offered a voluntary exit program with a cash payment.
