Steven T. Loo, a 69-year-old Seattle real estate owner, was found guilty of hiding over $4.7 million in income from the IRS using shell companies and fund transfers.
Loo, who owned properties in Washington and California, faces up to five years in prison for each of the six counts of tax evasion and up to three years for each of the six counts of making false tax returns.
His sentencing is set for October 9, 2025.
