A teddy bear found outside an AMPM store in Victorville, California, initially thought to be wrapped in human remains, is claimed by special effects artist Robert Kelly as one of his latex creations. Kelly, owner of DarkSeed Creations, believes a customer may have ordered the item for a prank. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department and the coroner are investigating the incident, which has not yet been confirmed as a prank or a crime.
