A fire at a 26-story apartment building in Ankara, Turkey, killed three people, including a three-and-a-half-month-old baby. The fire started on the fourth floor around 10:00 p.m. Saturday and spread rapidly. Firefighters took four hours to extinguish it. Thirty-nine people suffered from smoke inhalation, seven of whom were firefighters. Twenty people were hospitalized, with one in critical condition.
