US citizen Sayafollah Musallet and another man were killed in a violent attack by Israeli settlers in the West Bank.

A 20-year-old US citizen, Sayafollah Musallet, from Tampa, Florida, was severely beaten to death by Israeli settlers in the West Bank town of Sinjil. Another man, Hussein Al-Shalabi, 23, was shot dead in the same incident. Musallet's family demands a US State Department-led investigation. Settler violence in the West Bank has increased since Israel's conflict with Hamas in 2023. The UN's highest court declared Israel's occupation and settlement activities in the West Bank illegal.
