Red Sox pitcher Hunter Dobbins exits game due to right knee pain, extent of injury unknown.

Boston Red Sox pitcher Hunter Dobbins left Friday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays in the second inning due to right knee pain. Dobbins had just returned from a 15-day injured list after a right elbow strain, missing 18 games. He had a 4-1 record with a 4.10 ERA before the game. Red Sox manager Alex Cora called upon Jorge Alcala to replace him. The extent of Dobbins' knee injury is currently unknown.
