Pakistan's Supreme Judicial Council dismissed most complaints against judges, approved new rules, and planned reforms.
The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) in Pakistan, led by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi, dismissed 19 out of 24 complaints against superior court judges, deferring five for further review.
The SJC also approved new service rules for the secretariat and discussed judicial reforms, including a Commercial Litigation Corridor and a Double-Docket Court Regime.
