Rose, currently the COO of Microsoft's Global Enterprise, will succeed Mark Read, who will support the transition until year-end. Rose brings extensive experience in technology, AI, and digital transformation, which WPP hopes will help turn around its fortunes amid declining advertising spending and client losses.
