A car crash in Melbourne killed one pedestrian and critically injured two others, including a child.

A fatal car accident occurred in Melbourne's east on Coleman Road in Wantirna South, where a vehicle lost control around 12:20 pm, hitting three pedestrians—one died at the scene, and two others, including a child, were hospitalized in critical and serious conditions. The driver, not seriously injured, was also taken to the hospital as a precaution. Police do not suspect the incident was intentional and are investigating. They are appealing for witnesses and those with dashcam footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
