Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi received Namibia's highest civilian award, the Order of the Most Ancient Welwitschia Mirabilis, during his first visit to the country. Modi's visit included discussions with Namibian President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah to strengthen bilateral ties and signed four agreements on areas like energy and healthcare. This marks Modi's 27th international honor since taking office in 2014.
