A brush fire, named the Rancho Fire, broke out in Laguna Beach, California, on July 7, 2025, near Rancho Laguna Road and Morningside Drive.
The fire, believed to be caused by fireworks, burned about four acres and prompted evacuations for several streets, including La Mirada, Katella, Summit Drive, and Baja Street.
