Singapore's HDB launches Sembawang Beacon, its first BTO project with 775 new housing units.

The Housing and Development Board (HDB) will launch its first Build-to-Order (BTO) project, Sembawang Beacon, in Sembawang North in July, offering 775 units ranging from two-room Flexi to five-room and 3Gen flats. The development, set for completion in three years, draws design inspiration from the area's maritime history and includes green spaces and native plants. Sembawang North aims to offer nearly 10,000 housing units in total.
