Clara Tauson of Denmark upset former Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina 7-6 (6), 6-3 in a rain-delayed match, advancing to the fourth round. Teenager Mirra Andreeva also moved forward with a win over Hailey Baptiste. The tournament will see a new women's champion for the eighth straight year after defending champion Barbora Krejcikova and Rybakina's exits.
