Peter Sarsgaard and Vicky Krieps receive top honors at the Czech Karlovy Vary Film Festival.

The 59th Czech Karlovy Vary International Film Festival opened honoring Peter Sarsgaard and Vicky Krieps with the Festival President’s Award. Sarsgaard’s Golden Globe-nominated film "Shattered Glass" and Krieps' "Love Me Tender" will be screened. Hollywood actor Michael Douglas will present a restored print of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest." The festival will consider 12 films for the Crystal Globe award and close with an honor for Stellan Skarsgård.
