CRDA approves 20,494 acres for infrastructure in Amaravati, estimated at Rs 49,040 crore.
The 50th Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) meeting, chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in Andhra Pradesh, approved the acquisition of an additional 20,494 acres of land for infrastructure development in Amaravati.
The CRDA also approved land for various projects, including medical and educational facilities, and authorized sand dredging for construction needs.
The meeting saw land allotments for over 16 organizations and the approval of high-density residential zones.
The total cost of the projects is estimated at Rs 49,040 crore.
